NF 98 Nanofiltration Membrane Element
Incorporating innovative Thin Film Nanocomposite (TFN) technology, the PSI MEMBRANE® NF98 series combines nano-level and ultra-thin hydrophilic coating technology, offering excellent anti-fouling performance. These membranes deliver twice the flux of traditional TFC membranes and operate at least 50% lower pressure, making them a superior replacement for NF270, XC-N, DL, DK, and other traditional TFC membranes.
1. High Rejection Rate (over 98%):Provides high monovalent-divalent ion selectivity, enabling the production of high-purity salt solutions while reducing the liquid volume for downstream thermal treatment
2. Anti-fouling and Chemical Resistant:Expertly designed membrane chemistry ensures a reliable and robust element lifetime with outstanding anti-fouling properties
3. Higher Flux :Produces up to twice the flux compared to traditional TFC membranes, allowing increased water and resource recovery and/or reduced energy consumption
4. High removal rate of organic compounds such as pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, and THM precursors
