Pro-ULP Commercial Reverse Osmosis Membrane – Ultra-Low Pressure High-Flux Solution
PSI MEMBRANE® Pro-ULP Series Commercial Reverse Osmosis Membrane is an ultra-low pressure RO membrane specifically designed for commercial drinking water and light industrial applications.
This advanced commercial reverse osmosis membrane delivers high permeate flux at ultra-low operating pressure, ensuring pure, safe, and reliable drinking water while significantly reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
Key Features & Benefits of Pro-ULP Commercial RO Membrane
1. 30% higher flux for commercial RO systems
The Pro-ULP commercial reverse osmosis membrane offers up to 30% higher water flux compared to conventional RO membranes, enabling greater productivity and higher output in commercial RO water purification systems.
2. Long-term reliability and cost-effective operation
Engineered for continuous operation, this commercial RO membrane provides excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability, ensuring long service life and reduced membrane replacement frequency, resulting in lower total cost of ownership.
3. Stable performance across a wide TDS range
The Pro-ULP commercial reverse osmosis membrane performs reliably across a wide range of feed water TDS levels, with slow flux decline and stable salt rejection. This makes it suitable for variable municipal feed water and mixed-source commercial applications.
4. Flexible customization for commercial projects
To meet diverse market and project requirements, the Pro-ULP commercial reverse osmosis membrane supports customization in flux performance, membrane color, and packaging, enabling private-label solutions and optimized system integration.

The stated product performance is based on data taken after 30 minutes of operation at the following test Conditions: 250 ppm NaCl,test pressure of 60 psifor <400 GPD, and test pressure of 90 psi for ≥400 GPD; 15% recovery; 77℉ (25℃); pH 6.5–7.0; Permeate flow rate for each element may vary +15 / -15%; All elements are vacuum leak tested using the Proshare integrity test; Elements can be supplied as dry or wet-type. Wet-tested elements are soaked in a preservative solution (1.0% food grade SBS) and vacuum sealed in a poly bag. All elements are individually boxed.

General Handing Procedures
Store in a cool and dry place (below 45°C) away from sunlight.
Permeate from the first hour of operation should be discarded.
Keep elements moist at all times after initial wetting.
To prevent microbial growth in the Wet Membrane Element, it is recommended to wash it with a 1.0% Sodium Metabisulfite (food grade) solution, followed by vacuum-bag packing the
Membrane Element and storing it in a cardboard box.
Only use chemicals compatible with the membrane elements and components. Bright Star Water will not accept any responsibility for the use of incompatible chemicals.
