The dye wastewater has high chromaticity (over tens of thousands), high COD concentration (up to tens of thousands), and high salt content (mass fraction greater than 5%). Most of its organic components are aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic compounds, which are developing towards anti photolysis, anti-oxidation, and anti biological oxidation, thereby increasing the difficulty of wastewater treatment.
The Pushi TFN nanofiltration membrane technology can effectively recover useful substances such as dyes from dye wastewater, and has high practical and environmental value for the treatment of dye wastewater with high chromaticity, high COD content, and high salinity.
The Pushi TFN nanofiltration membrane can selectively pass through water and inorganic salts (NaCl) while highly intercepting dyes and other organic matter, effectively separating dyes and other organic matter from salt and water in wastewater, achieving the goal of reducing the salt content in wastewater.
Pushi TFN's high-end membrane technology not only meets the different treatment needs of various complex water qualities, but also provides the most economical and optimized exclusive membrane technology solutions according to specific user needs.
Pushi has customized and developed a Pushi Proshare COD nanofiltration membrane system specifically for the high COD and difficult treatment of wastewater from a printing and dyeing factory in Jiangsu. Thanks to the Pushe TFN membrane technology, the Proshare COD nanofiltration membrane has a super hydrophilic membrane surface and excellent resistance to organic pollution. The recycling rate of this system is as high as 85%, far exceeding the traditional double film printing and dyeing recycling system, and the comprehensive operating costs have been significantly reduced.

Pushi is committed to building a world-class technology innovative national high-tech membrane enterprise. Our mission is to become a technology sharer for TFN membrane based healthy drinking water and a technology guide for TFN high-end industrial separation membranes, and to create a high-tech business card for national membrane enterprises.
